MSCI Inc. seeks an Analytics Client Service Specialist to join its Client Coverage organization in Monterrey or Mexico City. You will respond to complex client questions, support product usage, and build strong client relationships across geographies.

You will combine analytical thinking with market expertise to deliver insights on market movements, index performance, and MSCI data solutions, while collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams to drive enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and strong analytical foundation.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services or related fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to convey data-driven insights to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting institutional clients in a client-facing role is valued.
• Travel for on-site presentations or trainings may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to methodology, usage, interpretational, and technical questions on MSCI products via phone and email.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and tailored support.
• Analyze markets and client data to deliver insights on index performance and product trends.
• Provide timely product updates, methodology enhancements, and educational resources to clients.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Research, Coverage, Engineering, and Production to relay client feedback.
• Serve as a primary contact for data requests and day-to-day client support, ensuring responsiveness.
• Stay informed on global markets to provide relevant context and informed perspectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve client support processes and share best practices.
