Job summary

Pioneris.ai is a consulting and talent firm for the agent-run enterprise. We help clients scale with AI-enabled agents across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other platforms.

You will own client relationships from win to delivery, shaping both sales and recruitment processes in a fast-moving AI space. You will research target accounts, engage IT and business leaders, translate talent needs into job briefs, and present candidates to clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or IT/technical recruitment.
• Professional English (written and spoken) to work with clients and candidates in the US and LATAM; Spanish is a plus.
• Curiosity about enterprise technology and AI, and the ability to explain complex topics in simple business terms.
• Enough technical understanding to read a job requirement and assess whether a candidate's skills match it.
• Comfort with outreach on both sides: prospecting clients and approaching candidates, following up and handling "no" without losing energy.
• Strong organization to juggle several open deals and requisitions at once, with discipline in CRM/ATS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bullhorn or similar).
• Clear, concise writing — emails, briefs, candidate profiles and proposals.
• Ownership mindset: you set goals, track them and ask for help early.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Psychology, HR, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline: research and map target accounts, identify decision-makers and run multichannel outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Qualify opportunities: run first conversations to understand the prospect's platforms, AI maturity and business pain, and decide if there is a fit.
• Book and prepare discovery meetings for senior sellers and solution architects, with clear account briefs.
• Support the deal cycle: help prepare proposals, Statements of Work, rate cards and follow-ups; keep momentum between meetings.
• Cover both sides of the business: spot consulting opportunities and talent needs.
• Keep the CRM clean: log activity, update opportunity stages and forecast weekly.
• Grow existing accounts: stay in touch with active clients and surface expansion opportunities.
• Bring market insight back: share what you hear from prospects with marketing and delivery to sharpen our messaging and offers.
• Use AI every day: work with Claude and other AI tools for research and meeting prep.

The role

This is a 360° role: you will own the client relationship end to end — from winning the account to delivering the talent it needs. You will work with mid‑market and enterprise companies that run on platforms like SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow and are starting — or scaling — their journey with AI agents.

On the sales side, you will research target accounts, open conversations with IT and business leaders, qualify needs and help close consulting and staffing deals. On the recruitment side, you will turn those needs into job briefs, source and screen candidates, and see placements through to onboarding. Because you know both the client and the candidate, you become the single point of contact that keeps every account healthy and growing.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to learn enterprise consultative selling and technical recruiting at the same time, in the fastest‑moving space in technology.

Recruitment activities

• Take client talent requests: capture role requirements with hiring managers — skills, seniority, location, rate and start date — and turn them into clear job briefs.
• Source candidates: search LinkedIn, job boards, our talent network and referrals for SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, data and integration profiles.
• Screen and qualify: run first‑round interviews to check technical fit, English level, availability and rate expectations.
• Present shortlists: prepare candidate profiles and submittals for clients, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage the process end to end: schedule interviews, collect feedback, follow up with candidates and support offer and onboarding steps.
• Build the talent pipeline: keep an active bench of pre‑qualified consultants for recurring client needs.
• Keep the ATS/CRM up to date: log candidates, stages and placements so sales and recruitment share one view.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or IT/technical recruitment — ideally in IT services, consulting, staffing or SaaS. Experience in both sales and recruiting is a strong plus.
