Ware Malcomb in Mexico City is seeking a Job Captain to support innovative design projects across diverse clients. You will lead project coordination with consultants and internal teams, contribute to all design phases, and provide construction administration support to produce high-quality construction documents.

• 3+ years of experience in Architecture.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency with Revit and building codes.
• Familiar with Newforma for project information management.
• Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
• Effective coordination with consultants and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project coordination with consultants across all design phases.
• Provide Revit support for preparation of project documents.
• Utilize design resources and assist in documentation.
• Support Project Manager or Architect with construction services.
• Perform code searches and analyses for each project.
• Assist in creating schedules and reviewing budgets.
• Provide submittal support for jurisdiction agencies.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and Ware Malcomb team.
