Walbridge de Mexico is seeking a senior Design Coordination Lead to drive the integration of engineering disciplines, oversee design execution, and coordinate technical reviews on large-scale projects.

You will manage project deliverables, mitigate design risks, and ensure alignment between client expectations and construction requirements, working with diverse teams and clients through the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary design and engineering coordination.
• Proven experience delivering Design-Build projects and partnering directly with industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of design management, constructability reviews, document control, change management, BIM coordination, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency with industry-standard platforms such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

• Drive integration of engineering disciplines, overseeing design execution and coordination.
• Coordinate technical reviews, manage project deliverables, and mitigate design risks.
• Ensure alignment between client expectations, project objectives, and construction requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for design-related matters, collaborating with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and construction teams.
