Requirements

• Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in insurance management systems (core systems) and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cancún, Quintana Roo .
