Capgemini Engineering seeks a Trainee Java Engineer to join hybrid teams in CDMX. You will contribute to backend and full-stack development using Java, REST APIs, and OOP concepts, while exploring AI-assisted development and AI agent coordination with mentorship from senior engineers.

You will validate AI-generated outputs, learn to refine agents, and gain exposure to microservices and cloud environments in a collaborative, inclusive setting.

Formación

• Strong Java fundamentals and REST API design.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of LLM limitations and validation of AI outputs.
• Knowledge of unit testing and basic microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• English proficiency at B2+ level, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Work in client project teams where AI agents are part of the SDLC.
• Build software using AI-assisted development.
• Contribute to backend Java or full-stack development with REST APIs and integrations, with mentoring.
• Use and coordinate AI agents to complete well-scoped tasks.
• Validate and improve AI-generated output and refine agents as needed.
