Capgemini in Mexico City runs a Java Trainee program with hybrid work. You will join client teams, contribute to AI-assisted software development, and focus on backend Java or full-stack tasks, REST APIs, and integrations under mentoring from experienced engineers.

You will validate AI-generated output, learn about microservices and cloud basics, and grow through internal academies, mentorship, and inclusive culture at Capgemini.

Formación

• Core programming skills in Java with REST APIs and OOP concepts.
• Experience or exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and validating AI outputs.
• Knowledge of microservices and basic cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• English level B2+ spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Join client project teams and contribute to AI-assisted software development.
• Work on backend Java or full-stack tasks, building REST APIs and integrations.
• Validate and improve AI-generated outputs and ensure code quality through unit testing.
