Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a hands-on AI/ML engineer to lead the development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions, ensuring scalable, high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

You will work with Azure cloud services, implement LLM/RAG use cases, build microservices with Flask/Django/Spring, and mentor teams within Agile delivery, delivering practical, measurable impact.

• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery teams and iterative development cycles.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and platform teams.
• Capability to support solution documentation and technical handover.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering practical, scalable outcomes.

Your profile

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with core machine learning concepts and implementations.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms and AI services.
• Hands‑on DevOps skills.
• Experience developing microservices using Flask, Django, or Spring (Java) frameworks.
• Practical Experience with GitHub Copilot and other AI tools for developers.
