Formación

• Experiencia en desarrollo Java Full Stack y soporte de aplicaciones empresariales.
• Capacidad para analizar requerimientos, depurar incidencias y aplicar soluciones técnicas.
• Colaborar con equipos ágiles y gestionar integraciones entre sistemas.
• Documentar procesos y apoyar iniciativas de automatización.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar, depurar y resolver defectos e incidencias siguiendo ALM.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones técnicas alineadas a requisitos.
• Desarrollar y mantener características usando Java, React, JavaScript y SQL.
• Apoyar, monitorizar y optimizar rendimiento y experiencia del usuario.
• Gestionar integraciones entre aplicaciones y sistemas externos.
• Participar en actualizaciones, mantenimiento y soporte de producción.
• Crear y mantener documentación técnica, flujos y materiales de formación.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de seguridad y continuidad del negocio.
• Colaborar con equipos transversales en ceremonias ágiles.
• Contribuir a iniciativas de automatización para mejorar eficiencia.

Your Role As a Mid-Level Technical Analyst – Java Full Stack, you will play a key role in the support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. Working across development, support, and business teams, you will analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, implement technical solutions, and contribute to delivering reliable and scalable applications that drive business value. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java, React, JavaScript, and SQL to maintain and enhance application functionality, support integrations, improve performance, and ensure operational excellence. You will also contribute to documentation, automation initiatives, and application lifecycle management while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and enhancement requests through ALM processes.
• Design and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain application features using Java, React, JavaScript, and SQL technologies.
• Support, monitor, and optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Manage integrations between business applications and external systems.
• Participate in application upgrades, maintenance activities, and production support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with security, business continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce time to market.
