Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a capable Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and React. You will build microservices and REST APIs in cloud-native environments, collaborating with Product Owners and engineers to deliver business-driven solutions.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Java or React, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and modern CI/CD practices.

YOUR ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java and React.
• Build, enhance, and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs in cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing activities, and engineering quality initiatives.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and troubleshooting of production issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong expertise in either Java or React and hands-on experience with both technologies.
• Solid experience with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases), SQL development, and database design principles.
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and automated testing.
• Exposure to cloud and containerized environments; experience with GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly preferred.
