Gpv Group in the Mexico region is seeking an IT Support professional to respond to user inquiries and incidents across computer systems, hardware, software and networking.

You will diagnose and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime, install and upgrade systems, manage user accounts, perform backups, document procedures, collaborate with the IT team to maintain secure, reliable local infrastructure, and provide timely reports on incident trends.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics or related field; 2-3 years IT Support experience.
• Experience with PC, server, and network troubleshooting; hardware and software.
• Familiar with VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and cloud services.
• Strong service mindset and customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain systems; perform regular backups.
• Document procedures and report on incident trends.
