Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365 and business applications, manage access and system records, and collaborate with external IT providers to improve workflows.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, cybersecurity support, documentation, and helping implement digital process improvements for international operations. A proactive mindset and remote-work discipline are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues, escalating when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing information, system records, and documentation.
• Document IT requests, system changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates, and workflow changes.
• Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before they affect users or operations.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities to improve systems and processes.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support cybersecurity and data privacy procedures.
