Dyopath is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to solve technical challenges, support end users, and keep on-site technology running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor queues, and assist with installations while collaborating with team members to deliver reliable IT services across the organization. This role supports Mexico-based operations and requires hands-on technical skills and good communication.

Formación

• Diploma required.
• Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• On-site work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Support factory floor PCs and IT equipment.
• Monitor support queues and respond to issues in real time.
• Install, maintain, and repair computers and peripheral devices.
• Provide software support for applications and services.
• Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
