GPV Mexico is seeking an IT Specialist to manage server infrastructure, user administration, and test equipment support in a rapid environment. The role includes Exchange Server management, patching, and standard-compliant IT operations.

You will install and rebuild servers, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure security and backup systems are in place. Strong English and teamwork are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Knowledge of using, installing and troubleshooting PC, Server, Network.
• Including Firewall, VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Citrix.

Responsabilidades

• Handle Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010.
• Be a part of setting up new test equipment.
• HW & SW debugging on test equipment.
• Training new User.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly and upgrade admin tools.
• Handle backup, restore, Antivirus, Monitoring, and IT controls adaption.
• Create, change, and delete user accounts.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software and Network failures.
• Comply with Company’s management systems and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2015, ISO 13485:2016.
• Adhere to KPIS for IT department.
