Job summary

Team Venti, a U.S.-based Microsoft Solutions Partner, is offering a six-month IT Support Intern program. This role is fully remote, with office hours 8AM-5PM CST, and requires a recent university diploma or students graduating soon.

We have an opening for an IT Support Intern.

This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team. We are located in Austin, Texas, with an international presence in countries such as Canada, Mexico, USA among others, helping our clients achieve successful business outcomes through the smart implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud offerings.

Key responsibilities:

• Giving IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on phone services support and configuration changes. Communication may be through phone, email or chat.
  
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
  

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).
