Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing programs, ensuring production, quality, safety and cost targets are met. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain to deliver complex programs on schedule.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets, with exposure to Rack/Server integration and data center style projects.

Formación

  • BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.

  • Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.
  • Proven experience managing Rack Integration, Server Integration, Data Center Infrastructure, Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.
  • Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT), Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English level
  • Nice to have NPI experience.
  • Open availability within business needs

Responsabilidades

  • In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
  • Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
  • Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met.
