Celestica, a global technology leader, is seeking a Specialist, IT Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico. You will engage with site business functions to identify IT-driven process improvements, collect and document requirements, and collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities include providing user training and second‑level support for systems such as ERP and local apps, participating in IT projects, and coordinating activities across global business and IT

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in IT/engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing or software projects.
• Experience as a .NET developer (5+ years), full stack, with MVC(C#) and JS.
• Familiarity with MS SQL (views, triggers, stored procedures).
• Experience in large-scale projects (e.g., 30 developers, 500k lines of code).

Responsabilidades

• Engage with business/IT to gather and document requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and deliver IT solutions.
• Provide second-level support and user training for systems.
• Lead and participate in IT projects across global teams.
• Work with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and tests.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and IT standards.
