Danfoss is seeking a Professional, IT Site Support to keep our people connected, productive, and supported across office and manufacturing environments. You will be the trusted point of contact for employees needing technical assistance, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring reliable access to tools and technology.

As part of a global IT organization, you will strengthen service quality, support digital transformation initiatives, and contribute to a secure and efficient technology

Formación

• Experience providing first- and second-line IT support in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows OS, Office apps, and Outlook/end-user devices.
• Knowledge of IT service management practices (incident, request, problem).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system admin tasks per Danfoss standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to identify root causes and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to coordinate escalations and support projects.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and knowledge articles.
