Advanced Energy in Mexicali seeks an IT Support professional to provide desktop, hardware, software, and network assistance for internal users. The role includes L2/L3 support for AE Infra as needed, and collaboration with the Purchasing Team for IT equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of LAN, network, servers and PC experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in English. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor in IT and basic ITIL/CCNA knowledge.

Formación

• Must have Diploma or Bachelor in IT related field.
• Experience with LAN, network, servers and PCs (2+ years).
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Familiarity with Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, responds to, troubleshoots, and corrects IT problems from internal customers.
• Tracks PC problems and resolves them promptly.
• Logs, monitors, resolves and closes tickets in the Service Desk Tool.
• Directs advanced problems to the appropriate resource.
• Works on software installation, update, and configuration as directed by PC Coordinators.
