Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Mexico City seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead hardware/embedded product initiatives in a dynamic matrix environment. You will coordinate across development, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, sourcing, and management teams toward productive outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or computer science, strong English, and proven experience with Agile approaches, Jira, and cross‑functional leadership in international settings. Onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic, mechanical, or computer science related fields.
• Knowledge of hardware and embedded product development.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies for hardware and software, including PI planning, sprint planning, and Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and performance indicators.
• PMP, Agile certification, or project management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working in international teams and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across development, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, sourcing, and management teams.
• Manage the portfolio of productivity projects, including value engineering and component engineering efforts.
• Drive program evolution from initial ideas to final production delivery.
• Support engineering teams in resolving project blockers and challenges.
• Apply and contribute to the continuous improvement of project and process methodologies.
• Analyze risks and clearly articulate escalation requests when projects are impacted by materialized risks.
