Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking an IT Project Analyst III (BTW) to work in BT West. You will engage with business leaders, translate needs into actionable requirements, and support data-driven improvements across workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals. The role requires a Computer Science degree and 2+ years SDLC experience, with familiarity in Agile Scrum, change management, and process mapping.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working under the SDLC.
• Experience with Agile Scrum preferred.
• Understanding of software development and business processes.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Change Management.

Position Purpose

Responsible for engaging with business leaders to understand their challenges and goals, analyzing business processes and delivering insights and recommendations. Plays a key role in guiding decisions, optimizing workflows and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions

• Accurately and efficiently convey stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members .
• Use data to identify areas of improvement in business processes and help takeholders understand the implications of the findings .
• Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements .
• Validate that the business requirements are being met by the proposed solutions .
• Produce accurate requirement specification documents .
• Gather data through surveys, reports and other sources to support business case development .
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that impact business operations .
• Help senior analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders .
• Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying inefficiencies .
• Help monitor the impact of changes on business operations .
• Assist in identifying risks in projects and business processes .
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance business analysis skills.

Additional Functions

• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve existing methodologies, processes or other areas of performance .
• Proactively communicates issues and status as required. .
