Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking an Operations Leader OL5 (Avionics 2nd Shift) with a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience to supervise resources and develop production plans that meet safety, quality and delivery goals. You will lead improvement projects, coordinate cell production meetings, and manage cross-functional teams while applying Six Sigma, Lean and ERP techniques.

Advanced English required and travel up to 25%. This full-time role reports to J3608-AVIONICS SUP.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Position Purpose

Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
• Detect area needs .
• Lead improvement projects .
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
