Gulfstream Aerospace is seeking an IT Project Analyst III (BTW) to work in BT West. You will engage with business leaders, translate needs into actionable requirements, and support data-driven improvements across workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business goals. The role requires a Computer Science degree and 2+ years SDLC experience, with familiarity in Agile Scrum, change management, and process mapping.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working under the SDLC.
• Experience with Agile Scrum preferred.
• Understanding of software development and business processes.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and Change Management.

Responsabilidades

• Convey stakeholder requirements to team members.
• Use data to identify improvements in business processes.
• Map existing business processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Validate that the business requirements are met by proposed solutions.
• Produce accurate requirement specification documents.
• Gather data through surveys, reports and other sources to support business case development.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that impact business operations.
• Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying inefficiencies.
• Monitor the impact of changes on business operations.
• Identify risks in projects and business processes.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance business analysis skills.
