Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking an Operations Leader OL3 for the Avionics 2nd Shift. You will supervise resources, develop production programs based on capacity and material availability, and monitor processes to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience, and advanced English. Travel up to 25% and exposure to Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP are part of the job. Full-time position in a second shift.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3 years of experience to perform essential functions.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in project development at SBU Level and program level decision making.
• Experience in developing strategies aligning cross functional teams.
• Project management experience; Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP familiarity.

• Set a daily production plan to meet safety, quality, and production goals; supervise workforce for performance and skill development.
• Detect area needs and gaps; drive improvements.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate cell production meetings.

• Detect area needs .
• Lead improvement projects .
• Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.
