Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 0-2 years IT experience.
• Customer service skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive change assessment, planning and authorization in IT production.
• Minimize service disruption from changes.
• Identify root causes of incidents or prevent recurrence.
• Ensure services are stable, timely and accurate.
• Maintain process documentation and data for configuration items.
• Design and implement process tools and templates.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Provide guidance on process usage and improvements.
