Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer SME II to design, implement, and manage production and service delivery systems across the site. You will lead complex IE initiatives focused on performance, reliability, and cost control, driving continuous improvement and lifecycle optimization.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial engineering tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams worldwide.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Lean Masters Certificate or Six Sigma Silver preferred.
• At least 12 years of working experience with 7 years in industrial engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site or regionally – direct and implement projects to eliminate waste using IE methods.
• Critically evaluate large-scale challenges in workforce utilization and facility layout.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize large-scale programs.
• Lead as Subject Matter Expert in all IE systems and practices.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the IE team.
