Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking an IT Process Engineer I to formalize IT change, configuration, incident and problem management, driving service level management and SDLC. The role also covers day‑to‑day operations, applying ITIL framework and continuing process improvement across production and office environments.

A Bachelor’s degree in CS and 0–2 years of IT experience are preferred, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of overall IT experience.
• Customer service and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the assessment, planning and authorization of changes to the IT production environment.
• Minimize disruption of services due to improper change implementation.
• Drive the identification of the root cause of incidents or their prevention.
• Ensure services are stable, timely and accurate and incidents neither occur nor recur, focusing on incident prevention.
• Support other processes by providing accurate data related to the production environment and configuration items.
