Job summary

Jabil is seeking a QA liaison to represent the quality function of technical support across global customer accounts. You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure manufacturing quality issues are resolved efficiently.

The role requires strong data analysis, APQP experience, and advanced English, with responsibilities spanning QA planning, process improvement, and documentation control on hyperscale storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years related experience, or equivalent.
• Advanced English; data analysis; 8D problem solving; NPI/APQP experience with hyperscale data storage products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions.
• Support quoting activities during process design and implementation.
• Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes and guidelines.
• Coordinate global training programs for customers.
• Develop systems for document storage and review for global accounts.
• Review discrepancies and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Interface with departments to implement Policies and Procedures.
• Support Process Improvement and Optimization initiatives.
• Standardize manufacturing processes for global customer accounts.
• Ensure safety, health, and policy adherence.
