Key Responsibilities

• Develop corporate strategies in the operations area in coordination with the board of directors and management.
• Manage resources and budget for the operations department to achieve maximum productivity.
• Supervise the operations area, ensuring proper functioning of personnel and materials.
• Lead the production department, maintaining quality, service, and efficiency.
• Provide leadership to the team, contributing to a favorable work environment, teamwork, and motivation.
• Participate in the recruitment, selection, induction, and training process for the team.
• Offer excellent service to all levels of the company.
• Manage and coordinate training to enhance the technical skills of the team.
• Ensure optimal use of resources in operations.

Requirements
