The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Previous experience in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
2. Manage and implement strategies to meet quality objectives, increase RTY percentage, decrease PPB, and handle claims to meet customer expectations.
3. Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.
4. Manage resources to fulfill production and cost objectives.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and safety rules.
6. Manage budgets aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Advanced English language skills.
3. Knowledge of problem solving, lean manufacturing, IATF standards.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to multitask effectively.
7. Comfort working with multiple groups within the business.
