Flex is seeking an IT Manager in Guadalajara's North Campus to lead IT initiatives and ensure reliable infrastructure. The role reports to the Sr IT Manager and combines technical leadership with project management and ITIL-based operations.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing IT services, budgeting, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant information systems that meet business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in a similar IT leadership role.
• Fluent English in technical and conversational contexts.
• Knowledge of compliance and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT teams, budgets, and CAPEX.

Mansioni

• Lead IT initiatives and ensure reliable operation of servers, databases, and networks.
• Plan, prioritize and manage IT support and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with managers to align information systems with needs.
• Select, develop and evaluate IT personnel to ensure efficiency.
