Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Collection, in Los Cabos, seeks an IT Manager to oversee hotel IT support and align with Operations. You will assist the IT Regional team on current and new initiatives, ensuring compliance with Auberge standards and policies.

Responsibilities include supporting all operational IT aspects, elevating the guest internet experience, and managing IT security, budgeting and CAPEX.

Formación

• Leadership, trainer, and strong IT knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English with colleagues, guests and management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a hotel systems specialist.
• Experience implementing projects and initiatives.
• Competence with Networking and GPON, hotelier systems (OPERA Cloud, Micros Simphony, Alice, Interfaces), PCI/SAQ standards.
• Proficiency with WiFi solutions (Ruckus) and office tools (Google Workspace, Office Suites).
