Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Collection, is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT support for the property and align with Operations, guest and admin needs, and assist the IT Regional team with current and new initiatives, ensuring Auberge standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include supporting all operational IT aspects, elevating the guest internet experience, overseeing IT security compliance, networking, quarterly user audits, and cost planning for the IT budget and CAPEX,

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hotel systems specialist or equivalent in hospitality IT.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems and IT operations within luxury properties.
• Experience implementing IT projects and initiatives in a hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support all operational IT aspects of the property.
• Elevate the guest internet experience.
• Attend IT security compliance, including networking and quarterly user audits.
• Plan and control costs related to the IT budget and CAPEX.
