Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Collection, is seeking an IT Manager to oversee hotel IT support aligned with Operations. You will assist the Regional IT team on initiatives while ensuring compliance with Auberge standards and policies. This role focuses on guest connectivity, security, and cost control.

Responsibilities include supporting all operational IT areas, elevating the guest internet experience, and managing IT budgets and CAPEX. Travel to area hotels may be required.

Formación

• 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Systems specialist.
• Probed IT knowledge implementing projects & initiatives.
• Competence with Networking & GPON, Hotelier Systems (OPERA Cloud, Micros Simphony, Alice).
• Competence with different WiFi Solutions (Ruckus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support All Operational IT aspects.
• Elevate the guest internet experience.
• Attend all processes related to IT-Security Compliance; Networking; Quarterly User Audit.
• Execute, plan and control costs associated with IT Budget and CAPEX.
