Ciruli Brothers seeks an IT and IS Operations Manager to oversee information technology and systems operations across multiple locations in Mexico. The role combines leadership, planning, and hands-on involvement to ensure infrastructure stability, system reliability, and ongoing modernization.

This position requires anticipation, decisive action, and a strong sense of urgency, with travel between Chiapas, Nayarit, Arizona, and Texas during peak seasons.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of databases and information systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT operations in Mexico, ensuring availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and systems.
• Stabilize the technology infrastructure through proactive assessment.
• Manage networks, servers, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee technical support and resolve critical incidents when necessary.
• Ensure continuous operation of production technologies including printing, labeling, and warehouse systems.
• Anticipate risks and act to prevent disruptions.
• Lead modernization efforts including automation and data‑driven solutions.
• Monitor emerging technologies and plan implementation aligned with business needs.
• Identify gaps and plan preventive improvements for scalability and security.
• Coordinate implementations and migrations with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage IT budgets, assets, and vendor relationships.
• Develop the IT team to ensure operational coverage.
