Ciruli Brothers is seeking an IT and IS Operations Manager to oversee information technology and systems across locations in Mexico. You will lead teams, plan, and execute initiatives focused on infrastructure stability, system reliability, and cybersecurity, while driving modernization and scalable adoption of new technologies.

The role requires strong urgency, decision-making, and hands-on involvement, with travel as needed and a capacity to step in during critical periods.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of databases and information systems.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT operations in Mexico, ensuring availability and reliability of critical infrastructure and systems.
• Manage networks, servers, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee technical support and resolve critical incidents.
• Coordinate technology projects with internal teams and external providers.
• Manage IT budgets, technology assets, and vendor relationships.
