Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively between regions during high season.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT operations in Mexico, ensuring availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.
• Manage networks, servers, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
• Oversee technical support and resolve critical incidents as needed.
