Jobtailor is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator for its site in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico. The role focuses on managing servers, storage, backups, and data center facilities while maintaining robust voice and data networks. You will install, configure, and maintain DNS/DHCP, switches, and WLAN, and support MES/SCADA systems.

Formación
- 3–5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Windows Client OS.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup solutions, datacenter facilities, and environmental systems.
- Administer and optimize voice and data network services.
- Install, configure, and maintain switches, WLAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Provide second-level support for end-user computing environments.
- Provide first-level support for MES/SCADA systems.
- Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects, vendor implementations, and technology upgrades.
