BRP is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge Business and IT, capturing and analyzing application requests across regions. You will provide first-level support through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with business users.

The role ensures solutions comply with global IT standards, architecture, governance and security, while promoting value-driven outcomes. You will translate requirements into functional specs, assist in testing and UAT, and support deployments.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured working style.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with ITSM processes and L1 support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison for business users to capture IT application requests across regions.
• Provide L1 support for application incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Ensure solutions align with business strategy and global IT standards, architecture and governance.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation, conduct root-cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
