Plexus Corp. seeks a Business Analyst to help customers implement technology solutions, document requirements, and work with IT teams to deliver value.

The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable requirements and supporting the governance of project priorities. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of related experience, ECBA certification, and familiarity with Agile/Lean Six Sigma.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• ECBA certification achieved or expected within role
• Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications desirable
• Experience in computing systems or IT support highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Elicit high-level requirements and business needs and articulate them into documented requirements.
• Assist with prioritization by providing cost and effort estimation/analysis.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure business requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations.
• Understand business processes and act as liaison between IT, product teams, and customer area.
• Uphold cybersecurity posture by following security policies and reporting incidents.
