Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as IT Leader or manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing and Operational Systems (MES) across 4 regional plants.
• Support AS/400-based applications for production and inventory management.
• Ensure data integrity between shop floor and corporate apps.
• Provide functional support for Payroll/HRMS, procurement modules, and financial reporting.
