Emerson is seeking a seasoned Lean Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement in our Nuevo Laredo manufacturing site. You will lead strategic initiatives, deploy Lean culture, and coordinate cross-functional teams to advance operational excellence.

Responsibilities include analyzing value streams, planning KAIZEN events, training staff, and reporting progress to the Operational Excellence Committee for Emerson Latin America.

Formación

• At least 8 years of related experience (Manufacturing) with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence programs, project management, Lean Six Sigma, data analysis and root cause analysis, new product introduction and transfer, innovation, business intelligence, cost reduction programs.
• Overall experience in the supply chain for low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing projects aimed at cost reduction, increased productivity and efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
• Experience managing new product launches, design initiatives, and expansion programs.

• Communicate the results of Perfect Execution and the Lean project plan and report quarterly status during staff meetings.

For This Role, You Will Need:
