Formación

• Kandidaten ska ha PMP-certifiering.
• Flera års erfarenhet av IS-infrastrukturprojektledning (minst 8 år).
• ITIL 4 Foundation är meriterande.
• Utmärkta influens-förmågor för att driva transformation i IS-gemenskapen.
• Flytande engelska krävs.

Responsabilidades

• Definiera alla projektets dokument (omfattning, ekonomiska planer, schema, riskhanteringsplaner).
• Prognostisera contingencies vid projektets tidiga faser och bedöma risker/frågor.
• Övervaka och kontrollera projektets ekonomi, fakturering och kassaflöde.
• Kommunicera projektrapporter och IS-resultat till intressenter.
• Leda leveransen av komplexa tjänsteförfrågningar i samarbete med Managed Service Providers och leverantörer.

Connectivity Design and Build Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.

This role is contributing to the Core IS/Connectivity domain in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining all project documents (jointly with key stakeholders) including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.
• Using knowledge and experience to forecast contingencies at the initial stages of the project, assessing the availability of information and the risks and issues that may arise during the project and deciding on the best approach to proceed.
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
• Executing IS project communications and reporting IS project performance against the plan and expected business outcome.
• Supervising and leading the delivery of complex service request through collaboration with the relevant Managed Service Providers and Suppliers.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, computer systems, business engineering or similar.
• 8+ years of proven experience in IS Infrastructure Project Management, IS Project Methodology and IS Project Governance.
• PMP certification is MUST.
• ITIL 4 foundation certification is a plus.
• Outstanding influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community
• Enthusiasm for continuously improving the IS experience, making it more enjoyable and productive for consumers
• Strong project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved in them
• Excellent resource planning and task management skills
• Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
• Fluent English.
