IFF in Mexico City seeks a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor to lead operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive service levels across the supply chain.

This role blends hands-on warehouse oversight with analytics, requiring SAP logistics experience and Power BI reporting to monitor performance and cost.

Hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 days on-site at Polanco and San Martín Obispo supports collaboration while enabling flexibility across the Mexican market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience with SAP logistics processes.
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance.
• Monitor SAP Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) processes.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Ops, Transportation and Supply Chain teams.
• Generate reports to support decision-making and cost analysis.
• Support continuous improvement and compliance with procedures.
