WIN SOURCE is seeking an entry‑ to mid‑level Sales Representative in Mexico (Querétaro) to grow into an international B2B sales professional. You will identify customers, initiate contact, follow RFQs and support orders while learning electronic components and supply chain basics.

Great communication skills, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are valued as you build relationships across sales, sourcing and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer development or business development is preferred.
• Willingness to proactively reach out to customers and maintain follow-up.
• Interest in international B2B sales and electronics supply chains.

Responsabilités

• Search for and organize potential customer leads through various channels.
• Build initial contact with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up customer needs and support RFQ, quotation, sample and order progress.
• Maintain customer information, quotes and CRM records.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, procurement, logistics and quality teams.
