• 3–4+ years of experience in COBOL or C/C++.
• Strong expertise in z/OS and JCL with at least 5 years of mainframe experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and extend core applications written in Assembler.
• Collaborate with a highly technical team to ensure stability and performance of mission-critical systems.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex applications running on z/OS, TSO, and Unix System Services (USS).
• Work with legacy codebases while also contributing ideas for modernization initiatives.
• Provide clear and timely communication on incidents, troubleshooting, and project updates.

Desired Profile

• 7+ years of recent, hands-on experience in Assembler (critical requirement).
• 3–4+ years of experience in COBOL or C/C++.
• Strong expertise in z/OS and JCL (minimum 5 years of mainframe experience).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Combined experience with both COBOL and C/C++.
• Background in large enterprise environments (banking, government, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
• Exposure to modernization strategies for legacy systems.
