Formación

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum management, or adult learning (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality learning content under tight turnaround times.
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design processes and knowledge transfer methods.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to identify learning needs and define objectives.
• Create curricula for online and instructor-led training environments.
• Manage the content development lifecycle and ensure quality standards.
