PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Monterrey or Mexico City seeks a Learning Assoc Analyst to design, develop, and implement end-to-end instructional solutions for Global SAP Transformation. You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and job aids using Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Content development and stakeholder alignment for the SAP project will be conducted in English.
• Proven understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum mapping, storyboard creation, and assessment design.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise 360), Vyond, Genially, and interactive simulation tools.
• Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with SAP concepts, ERP workflows, or enterprise technology implementations is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and structure end-to-end learning solutions for Global SAP implementation.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and simulations using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and Change Management teams to gather requirements and validate content.
• Create visual assets and screen-capture tutorials to support SAP onboarding.
• Test and publish learning assets to ensure deployment and tracking in PepsiCo LMS.
• Stay updated on new instructional technologies and AI-driven learning tools.
