Coupa is seeking a design‑led Product Growth professional in Mexico City to own growth experiments across onboarding, pricing, checkout, and upgrade flows. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to improve the end‑to‑end user journey and key conversion points.

Formación

• Must have 5+ years of Product-Led Growth experience and a proven ability to drive funnels, conversion, and experimentation.
• Strong journey thinking and ability to design in flows and systems to maximize time to first value.
• Narrative instinct to simplify complex ideas and carry a clear story across touchpoints.
• High craft in visual and interaction design with brand/product packaging experience.
• Comfort with experimentation; experience designing for iteration, not perfection.
• Rapid prototyping skills to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Data awareness to guide decisions without getting stuck in data.
• Easy to work with; strong collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Journey: Design and improve key growth surfaces like landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout, and upgrade flows
• Connect the Experience: Make the end-to-end journey feel seamless across marketing and in-product touchpoints
• Lead GTM Design: Support go-to-market efforts across the website, lifecycle (email, in-app), and feature launches
• Drive Experimentation: Work with Product and Growth to shape hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate based on what you learn
• Prototype to Learn: Quickly bring ideas to life to test, validate, and move faster with more confidence
• Improve Conversion: Use data and research to spot friction, refine flows, and move key metrics
• Raise the Bar: Push the quality of visual, interaction, and motion design across everything you touch
