Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft effective learning experiences that close knowledge gaps and support digital transformation. You will partner with SMEs and a global team to design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions across multiple modalities.

You will analyze learner needs, define objectives, and storyboard content while coordinating with multimedia developers. Advanced English and strong design skills are required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Hands-on experience using authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, or Evolve) to create sophisticated adaptive learning content.
• Strong stakeholder leadership skills to guide SMEs through analysis and design decisions.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking).
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs with SMEs and define target audiences.
• Define learning objectives aligned to program goals and learner requirements.
• Design learning solutions across online and in-person modalities.
• Develop content aligned with objectives and delivery methods.
• Create engaging activities and storyboards; coordinate with designers and multimedia developers.
• Design assessments to measure course effectiveness.
• Maintain project documentation and organized course folders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to use available tools and resources effectively.
